| 精英文化是任何社会中具有重要意义的一种文化形态。20世纪80年代以来的中国精英文化一度状态低迷、陷入困境。其困境主要表现为精英意识的丢失、精英行动的迟钝、精英地位的边缘化。造成这一困境的原因主要是商业化的影响、职业化的腐蚀、西方思想的催发。这一时期精英文化的弱化和低迷虽然是一种客观事实并有其客观原因,但毕竟不是一个正常现象。正视这一现实,探究其原因,进而有的放矢地建设精英文化,对促进中国社会的健康发展具有重要意义。 |

| Comment on the Predicament of the Chinese Elite Culture at the Turn of the Century |

| The elite culture is important in any society as a cultural form. From the1980s the Chinese elite culture once sank into the state of downturn and even got into the trouble. The predicament of the Chinese elite culture mainly shows the loss of consciousness of the elite, the passivity of actions of the elite and the marginalization of status of the elite. The reasons for the predicament are mainly the impact of commercialization, the corrosion of professionalization and the promotion of the western thought. Although the weakening and the downturn of the elite culture during this period is an objective fact and has objective reasons, after all it is not a normal phenomenon. We must face this reality, explore its reasons and thus be targeted to build the elite culture, which is important to promote a healthy development of Chinese society. |
