| Improving the ability of soliciting contribution is an important way to improve the quality, development, social function, teaching and research work of university petroleum technology periodicals. The main methods of improving this ability include enhancing the professional level and the initiative of editors, increasing skills of soliciting contribution and keeping in tight touch with experts, core-authors group and young authors. |
