| Rural labor migration return is an impressive social phenomenon on the issue of contemporary labor mobility. Influenced by the financial crisis, the overall employment situation is not optimistic, and different levels of labor return have emerged all over the nation, thus caused the general focus from all walks of society. Therefore, it is of realistic significance to carry out the research and for local governments to work out policies and measures on how to deal with the labor return issue. |
