| 邓小平十分关注就业问题,强调要把解决就业问题提高到政治高度来认识,解决就业问题要城乡统筹兼顾,要与经济发展、现代化进程以及教育等统筹兼顾。他认为,发展经济是保证就业的根本,深化改革是解决就业问题的必由之路,利用外资是扩大就业的重要举措,发展乡镇企业是吸纳农村剩余劳动力就业的重要途径,加强制度建设是解决就业问题的保障。这些形成了内容丰富的邓小平就业思想。 |

| Deng Xiaoping paid close attention to the issue of obtaining employment. He expounded its political significance, suggested how to resolve the issue in the era of reform and opening systematically, and brought forward a whole set of policies and measure to resolve the issue of obtaining employment. Firstly, developing economy is the basic to the guarantee employment. Secondly, deepening the reform is the only way to solve the employment problems. Thirdly, using foreign funds is the important step to create more job opportunities. Fourthly, developing enterprise in the rural area is important approach to absorbing rural surplus labor force. Finally, strengthening the system construction is secure to solve the employment problem. All the above enriches Deng Xiaoping 's employment thought. |
