| 高校毕业生就业工作是一项贯穿教育教学全过程的系统工程,涉及招生、教育、管理和社会沟通等诸方面的工作。高校必须从系统论出发,建立涵盖“招生—培养—就业,教育—管理—服务,个人—学校—社会,思想—行动—效果,独办—联办—参办,自觉—激励—约束”六个“三位一体”的工作体系,全方位、多渠道开展毕业生就业工作。 |

| Abstract: |
| The employment of college graduates is a systematic project which runs through the whole education. It ranges over enrollment, education, management, social communication and some other work. Thus, relevant staff in colleges must start from system theory to establish the following work systems, i.e. six "Trinity":enrollment, training and employment; education, management and services; individual, college and society; thought, action and effect; college holds labor fair independently, jointly with other institutions and graduates participate only; voluntariness, encouragement and restriction and carry out the work through comprehensive and various means. |
