能源企业国际化战略——基于一种管理哲学视角

摘要:
对于国际化企业来说,首先直面的是跨文化管理的各种挑战,这是其最棘手而又不能回避的问题。对此,应从“他者之我”的管理哲学思维方式高度思考跨文化管理的战略理念。而国际化能源企业运作成败与否的关键点是能否拥有适应国际化经营的领导观、领导权。大企业的领导权运作不应体现在领导个人发出的命令与雇员刻板的接受命令上,它应主要反映在组织能力水平上。经济组织中的权力运作,应主要体现一种能力。

Abstract:
As far as international companies are concerned, the first challenge faced is a crosscultural management challenge, which is the most tough and difficult problem unavoidable. Therefore, the strategic concept of crosscultural management should be considered from the perspective of "I or Me with Others" management philosophy. The key point in the success of the operation of international energy companies is whether or not these companies have the leadership suitable for international business. The leadership operation of large enterprises should not be reflected in the leadership of individual orders, or employees that accept some orders rigidly, it should be reflected in the organization focused on the capabilities. The power operation in economic organizations should mainly have these progress capabilities.
