| 个人收入分配不公直接导致贫富差距拉大。现阶段个人收入分配不公具体表现在不同区域 、不同行业和不同阶层的差距逐渐拉大,这会引起经济发展和社会稳定两方面的危机。长期推行平均主义造成分配政策和指导思想的偏差,一些政策和制度对特权利益的规定和限制不力；市场体系不完善,分配机制扭曲,分配政策不配套、不统一、不一贯；法制不完备、执行不力、税负不公；公共政策存在缺陷,养老、失业、工伤、医疗等社会保险制度尚不完善,都是形成当前中国个人收入分配不公现象的原因所在。要解决收入和财富的不均衡,只有加大社会政策和收入政策的作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Unfair individual income distribution directly leads to widening the gap between the rich and the poor. At present, unfair individual income distribution is enlarged gradually in different zones, professions, and social strata, which will cause two crises:economic development and social stability. Longterm carrying out egalitarianism created the assignment policy and the guiding principle deviation, causing some policies and systems not work well to limit the privileges. The market system is imperfect, the assignment mechanism is distorted, the assignment policy is not unified and consistent, the legal system is incomplete, the tax burden is not unfair, flaws exist in the community policy, social insurance systems on retirement, unemployment, injury on job, medical service are still imperfect, which form the reasons of current phenomenon of unfair individual income distribution in our country. Only by enlarging the function of social policy and income policy can we solve the imbalance between income and wealth. |
