| 企业结合生态型企业建设的要求,可建立以集体智慧为动力,以生态效率为目标,由生态战略、生态动作和生态文化构成的“三位一体”生态型企业协同进化管理框架模型。企业生态观、企业资源能力和企业动作能力在集体智慧作用下共同构成了生态型企业内部协同进化管理的三要素。基于集体智慧的生态型企业外部协同进化管理涉及外部环境、合作者、利益相关者、以及竞争者四个方面。 |

| Abstract: |
| A coevolution management framework for ecoenterprises is proposed in this paper to address the requirements of developing an enterprise into an ecofriendly one. This framework takes collective intelligence as its driver, takes improving ecoefficiency as its core objective, and consists of ecostrategy, ecooperation and ecoculture. The elements of managing coevolution within an ecoenterprise comprise ecological outlook, resources capacity and operation capabilities of it driven by collective intelligence. It concerns external environment, partners, stakeholders and competitors to manage coevolution between the ecoenterprise and its external complex based on collective intelligence. |
