| 构建城乡一体化社会保障体系是对一国城市化和工业化水平达到一定水平的反应。中国已经初步具备构建城乡一体化社会保障体系的条件,然而也面临着财政、户籍、农民工、制度建设等问题的制约。要从加强经济发展、改革户籍制度、建设农民工社会保障制度、加强法律和制度建设等方面寻求解决之道。中国可以吸收西方国家现有的经验和教训,结合中国国情,构建符合中国利益的城乡一体化社会保障体系。 |

| Abstract: |
| The construction of integrated urban and rural social security system is on a country 's level of urbanization and industrialization. China has those conditions. However, the construction of integrated social security system is facing financial, household, migrant workers, the system constraints and other issues. We can seek solutions from enhancing economic development, reforming the household registration system, constructing migrant workers social security system and strengthening the legal and institutional construction. China can absorb the existing experience and lessons of Western countries, combine them with China 's national conditions and build the interests of China 's urban and rural integrated social security system. |
