石油工程创新型人才培养的探索

摘要:
石油工程创新型人才应具有非常规思维和创造能力,具有较强的把专业知识转化为工程技术的创新能力, 能够解决石油工业面临的重大科技难题,适应石油企业的国际化竞争。培养石油工程创新型人才,要以满足当前石油工业发展对创新型人才的需求为目的,以解决目前中国石油高校石油工程创新型人才培养中存在的问题为突破口,优化培养方案,建立教学质量保障体系,全面提高石油工程专业学生的综合素质和创新能力。

Exploration of Innovative Talents Cultivation of Petroleum Engineering

Abstract:
The innovative talents we need in the field of petroleum engineering should have an unconventional mode of thinking and great innovation ability which enables them to meet the challenge of the international competition and solve the important technical problems of the oil industry. Besides, it is also significant to convert the professional knowledge into creative ways to solve practical problems. In order to cultivate this kind of people to meet the needs of the present oil industry, we should begin with the problem met in the cultivation of these people in Chinese petroleum universities. We need to optimize the course structure, build a guarantee system for the teaching quality, and overall improve the comprehensive quality and innovation ability.
