| 自由是人的自主活动不受限制的一种状态,是人主体地位和价值尊严的一种确证。自由的本性追求与秩序的内在功能决定了二者是对立统一的,自由与秩序存在着一定的张力,作为社会基本价值的个人自由何以可能成为一个重要问题。中国社会发展所面临的深层次矛盾,根源于国民的自主性与独立人格尚未确立,随着社会的现代化、市场化、民主化的发展,自由问题会日益凸现出来。因此,在当代中国,在一定秩序范围内亟须开展一次新的个性解放运动,以促进人的自由全面发展,制度创新与建构是这一问题的最好解决方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| Freedom is not only a state of unrestricted human autonomy, but also a confirmation about the human dignity and value of the dominant position. The nature of the pursuit of freedom inherent and the inherent function of order are the unity of opposites, but there is a certain tension between them:how can individual freedom be an important issue as a basic social value. The social development is faced with deepseated contradiction in China and national autonomy and independent personality have not been established. The problem of human freedom will increasingly stand out, as society modernized, marketoriented and democracy developed. Therefore, we should carry out a new personal liberation movement to promote comprehensive development of human freedom in contemporary China and the best solution to this problem is the system of innovation and construction. |
