| Abstract: |
| The Obama administration carried out its new energy projects, with explicit targets and concrete strategic plans, in order to improve American economy and energy security, considering American energy needs and global environmental concerns and demanding the cooperation and contribution of American society at large. And this reform of energy policy of America, including new energy projects plus economic plans, will motivate American economy, remodel American energy supply and enhance American energy security and certainly make influences on the economic progress and energy development of China as well as that of the world. China should absorb advanced technologies of the world, strive for international collaboration and adjust domestic industrial policy to address the challenges and opportunities of global changes. |
