| 行业特色大学的文科发展经历了基础理论教学阶段和文化素质教育阶段,当前正处于全面发展时期。行业特色大学发展文科有着独特的内部优势与劣势,同时面临诸多的外部机会与威胁,战略选择时要充分考虑到如何利用优势回避威胁。为此,行业特色大学发展文科的战略为:明确发展定位,主动服务大局,推动学科和谐发展；强化文理渗透,依托优势学科,引领文科特色发展；优化学科布局,控制学生规模,实现文科内涵发展；构建人才高地,优化学术环境,促进文科跨越发展。 |

| On Development Strategy of Liberal Arts in Universities with Industrial Background from the Perspective of SWOT Analysis |

| The development of liberal arts in universities with industrial background can be divided into three periods:basic theory teaching, cultural qualify education, and current allround growth. Based on the analysis of their unique factors from the angles of internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats, the paper argues that the development strategy of liberal arts should make full use of their advantages in order to avoid threats. Some suggestions are proposed including harmonious, characteristic, content and stride development through scientific plan, policy priority, scale control and improving teacher faculty structure. |
