| “疆独”恐怖主义分子犯罪与政治、历史、经济、文化及个体因素密不可分。中国在经济发展过程中出现的贫富差距扩大、新疆经济面貌落后等问题,成为犯罪分子鼓吹独立的借口;在政治、历史成因方面,近代以来新疆一直是分裂主义者活动频繁的地区,当代伊斯兰极端主义的泛滥以及一些西方大国的支持为他们制造恐怖主义犯罪提供了新的平台和机会;在文化因素上,犯罪分子以宗教的名义误导信徒实施犯罪;伊斯兰民族性格中的坚定、不屈、刚强、团结被分裂组织所利用,成为民族分裂活动不竭的源泉,其所产生的狂热激情赋予了民族分裂主义强烈的顽固性与偏执性;同时,不良需求、个人道德品质等因素也触发了一些恐怖主义犯罪。 |

| Abstract: |
| Terrorism crime of the "East Turkistan separatists" is affected by the economic, political and cultural factors. The expansion of regional differences between the rich and the poor lead to social conflicts, so criminal elements take advantage of this unusual phenomenon to trumpet independence. In political causes, the spread of Islamic extremism and some Western powers provide support for terrorist crimes; in cultural factors, the criminal elements are in the name of religion to mislead the believers to commit. Lots of Islamic national good characters of being firm, unyielding, strong and united are used by the separatist organizations. |
