| 区域经济发展的关键在于主导产业的选择和培育。以比较优势理论为指导,通过构建区域主导产业选择的评价指标体系,采用产业比较综合规模指数、产业比较综合效益指数和产业比较综合指数,对新疆工业主导产业进行实证分析。研究结果表明,石油和天然气开采业,电力、热力的生产和供应业,石油加工、化学纤维制造业等产业,无论在规模还是在经济效益方面都具有较强的比较优势,显示出较强的综合比较优势,因此可将它们作为新疆的工业主导产业。同时政府应出台一系列政策鼓励和支持这些产业的发展,加大科技引进力度,增强自身消化吸收能力,提升产业竞争力。 |

| Choice of Leading Industries in Xinjiang Based on the Theory of Comparative Advantage |

| Abstract: |
| The selection and breeding of leading industries is the key to promoting regional economic development. Guided by the theory of comparative advantage, through the construction of regional leading industry selection evaluation index system, using industry comparative comprehensive scale index, industry comparative comprehensive efficiency index and industry comparative comprehensive index, this paper conducted an empirical analysis of Xinjiang industrial leading sectors. The results show that, the oil and gas industry, electricity, gas and water production and supply, petroleum processing, chemical fiber manufacturing industry, both in size and in the economic aspect, have their stronger comparative advantages, showing their stronger comprehensive comparative advantages, so they can be selected as Xinjiang 's industrial leading sectors. At the same time, the government should put forward a series of industrial policies to encourage and support the development of these leading sectors, and spend plenty of time and money in employing and assimilating techniques which are suitable for those leading sectors so as to promote the industrial competing abilities. |
