| 随着黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的发展上升为国家战略,科技创新能力的提升对于高效生态经济区的发展变得愈加重要。利用因子分析方法对黄河三角洲高效生态经济区各地市的科技创新能力进行评价可以看出,各地市的科技创新能力存在显著差异。为此,应当加大财政资金对科技创新的支持力度,推动科技创新平台建设,促进技术转移,提高高新产业的综合产出能力。 |

| Abstract: |
| As the development of the Yellow River delta efficient ecological economic zone has been promoted to the national strategy, to raise the ability of technology innovation is increasingly important for the development of efficient ecological economic zone. By properly selecting the evaluation index of regional technology innovation ability, the paper finds that the ability of technology innovation of each city is obviously different. The development path is put forward for technology innovation ability of economic zone. First, the funds should be increased to support innovation of science and technology; second, technology innovation platform construction should be promoted to accelerate technology transfer; and third, the comprehensive ability of high technology industrial output should be improved. |
