近年来,随着“黄”、“蓝”两大国家战略的推动实施,东营石化企业取得了长足发展。东营市现已成为全国石化产业分布最为集中的区域之一。但面对地区产业发展的良好环境和条件,东营石化企业在营销团队建设方面还存在着营销人员理念落后、内部缺少沟通协作、营销制度建设落后等问题。为促进东营市石化企业的良性发展,必须树立现代营销理念,加强营销文化建设,完善选人用人机制,加强团队沟通协作,建立健全营销制度,使营销团队适应现代市场经济发展的要求。 |

In recent years, with the promotion and implementation of the Yellow and Blue, two national strategies, Dongying petrochemical enterprises have made considerable progress. Dongying has become one of the most concentrated areas of the national petrochemical enterprises. But under a good environment and conditions of the regional industrial development, there are still many problems with Dongying petrochemical enterprises in marketing team building, such as the old fashioned marketing concept, lack of internal communication and coordination, and poor marketing system construction. To promote these enterprises ' sound development and meet the modern market economy requirements, it is necessary to establish a modern marketing concept, strengthen marketing culture construction, improve the employment mechanism, enhance team communication and collaboration, and perfect the marketing system. |
