石油企业软实力影响因素及提升策略

摘要:
随着知识经济和信息化时代的到来,石油企业的发展不仅要依赖资源、资本、技术和劳动力的投入,而且也受到企业软实力的巨大影响。石油企业软实力的强弱,直接关系到企业的可持续发展。针对全球石油行业发展的五大特征,石油企业应从打造卓越石油企业文化力、持续提升石油企业科技创新力、不断提高石油企业管理创新力、大力践行石油企业的社会责任、重点强化石油企业的资源整合力、全面塑造石油企业形象等六个方面提升石油企业软实力。

Abstract:
With the arrival of the knowledge economy and the information age, the development of the petroleum enterprises should not only depend on resources, capital, the investment of the technology and labors, but also affected by the soft power of the enterprise. Whether the soft power of the petroleum enterprise is weak or strong will concern the sustainable development of the enterprises directly. This paper analyses the influence factors of the soft power of the petroleum enterprise on the basis of the new features and practical of the petroleum enterprise development, and puts forward strategies to promote the soft power of the petroleum enterprise from the following aspects:building extraordinary petroleum enterprise cultural strength, sustainably accelerating enterprise technology innovation, management innovation ability of the petroleum enterprises, the practice of the social responsibility of the petroleum enterprises, strengthening enterprise resource integration, and shaping petroleum enterprise image in an all round way.
