| 借助德尔菲法建立以目标认知、组织文化、组织结构、信息沟通、实体与合同界面为主要指标的EPC模式下管道施工商组织界面有效性评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法量化分析与评价施工商组织界面管理情况可知,要全面提升组织界面管理水平,EPC施工商应完善组织机构、明晰利益相关者各方职责,建立信息处理机构、构建全通道型项目沟通渠道,完善施工组织方案、动态优化配置资源,减少组织内部界面效率损耗、降低内部交易成本,统筹考虑经济社会环境影响,全方位开展项目后评价以及持续性评价。 |

| Abstract: |
| Delphi method is used to establish the EPC mode pipeline construction organization interface effectiveness evaluation index system formed by goal of cognition, organizational culture, organizational structure, information communication, entity and interface contract as the main indicator. By applying the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for quantitative analysis and evaluation of construction organization interface management situation, proposals are put forward to EPC construction contractors of enhancing and raising the overall level of organization interface management:firstly, EPC construction should improve the organization, clarifying stakeholder parties responsibilities; secondly, establishing information processing institutions, constructing the channel type project communication channels; thirdly, perfecting the construction organization plan, dynamic optimized configuration of resources; fourthly, reducing the internal transaction cost and efficiency loss; finally, taking into consideration the economic, social and environmental influence, carrying out comprehensive evaluation of project evaluation and continuity. |
