| 法院审判质量效率指标体系是对法院审判工作的质量、效率与效果予以整体评价的量化标准。目前中国法院的指标体系存在着指标设置不能有效化解价值冲突、不能合理评估裁判行为以及指标体系在法院系统内部未得到切实有效运行等问题,因此,今后在完善指标体系时,应当在价值冲突与平衡中合理调整案件质量效率指标体系的结构与指标权重、尽量减少重复评价、提高审判质量效率指标体系对法院管理决策的参考作用,完善审判质量效率指标体系的管理机构和配套辅助制度。 |

| The index system of court trial quality and efficiency is the quantitative criteria to evaluate the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the trial court. At present there exists some problems in the index system:value conflicts have adverse effect on indicator setting, a single indicator relates to the affirmation and negation evaluation of judges ' referee behavior, repeated over evaluation of a referee act, the index system in the court system has not been effective running, etc. Therefore, in the process of perfecting the index system, we should adjust the structure and indexes weights of the case quality and efficiency index system within the value conflicts and balance reasonably, minimize the repeated evaluation, improve the reference effects of trial quality and efficiency index system on the management decisions of the court, and perfect the administrative organization and the supporting systems of the trial quality and efficiency index system. |
