| 特色型大学因学科专业、人才培养、科学研究等方面的独特性,显示了其在高等教育中的不可替代性,其在发展历程中形成了相关行业背景深厚的“底色”和相对优势明显的“亮色”。在新的发展时期,面对新的课题,特色型大学应选择多元发展、生态发展、卓越发展的发展方向。在发展策略上应选择坚守与超越之道,即集聚优势、培育卓越,根据自身传统凝练特色发展方向,建设特色发展平台,扩大开放,提升国际化水平,完善协同创新机制,发挥文化引领作用,从而保障特色发展。 |

| Specialized university shows its irreplaceability in higher education due to its uniqueness in disciplines and specialties, talent cultivation, scientific research etc, and established a "bottom color" with a strong industrialized background and a "bright color" with an distinctive advantage in the process of development. In the new period, specialized universities should strive to the direction of diversity, ecology and excellence development with the advent of new tasks, and to preserve and surpass on the relevant strategies, namely, strengthen aggregation characteristic development and excellence cultivation. Characteristic development should be based upon a characteristic development flat, broadening its horizon and expanding its capacity open to the world aimed at internationalization, collaborating innovation system, pioneering in the fields of traditional culture, hereby to maintain the characteristic development. |
