| 面对崭新的历史发展机遇,青岛西海岸经济新区传统产业压力与活力并存,新兴产业风险与生机同在。传统产业转型与新兴产业培育是西海岸经济新区产业结构调整中面临的两大难题。中国经济结构“双峰逼近效应”的特征决定了产业协同的必要性,而西海岸地区传统产业与新兴产业的良性互动为其协同发展提供了可行性。西海岸经济新区产业协同应以构建以先进制造业和现代服务业为主、海洋特色鲜明的现代产业体系为目标,寻求产业要素、产业布局、产业结构及产业制度的协调发展。 |

| Confronted with the best opportunity of development, Qingdao West Coast New Economic District 's conventional industries face both vitality and pressure and its emerging industries face both risk and vitality. Conventional industry upgrading and emerging industry cultivation are two problems in the industry transformation procedure of Qingdao West Coast New Economic District. The "bimodal approximation effect" characteristic of China 's economic structure determines the necessity of synergy mechanism. And the Benign interaction between conventional industries and emerging industries of Qingdao West Coast New Economic District provides feasibility for their coordinated development. For Qingdao West Coast New Economic District, the target of synergy mechanism should construct the modern industry system based on advanced manufacturing and modern service industry, and have distinct marine characteristics, seek the coordinated development of industry factors, industrial distribution, industrial structure and industrial system. |
