Abstract: |
In order to establish scientific managerial cadre appraisal mechanism in university, we must ponder the current outstanding problems in the appraisal of university cadres. Meanwhile, we must follow the correct principles, set up scientific appraisal index system, choose feasible evaluation method system, determine the evaluating subject scientifically and reasonably, as well as use the appraisal results reasonably and effectively. Therefore, we can fundamentally guarantee the scientific, reasonable and innovative nature of university managerial cadre assessment mechanism. |
