| 现有FDI对地区产业结构影响的研究通常忽视自主创新能力,造成对FDI溢出效应估计的偏差。以长三角地区22个城市2002—2010年经验数据为基础,运用动态面板数据估计得知:FDI溢出效应整体上表现出对地区产业结构优化的负向影响,但自主创新能力对产业结构升级有积极作用。模型引入交叉项后发现:FDI通过技术外溢促进自主创新能力提升,进而优化产业结构,协同影响效应明显。提升自主创新能力及本土企业技术吸纳能力将是长三角地区未来发展的关键。 |

| The present research on the FDI influence of the regional industrial structure usually ignores the capability of independent innovation, which causes the deviation of the estimated spillover effects of FDI. Based on the empirical data of 22 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2002-2009, dynamic panel data estimation is used. The results demonstrate that the estimated spillover effect of FDI shows the negative influence on regional industrial structure optimization as a whole, but the capability of independent innovation has a positive effect on the upgrading of industrial structure. After the model introduces cross terms, results show FDI promote the capability of independent innovation through technology spillovers and then optimize industrial structure. Their synergistic effect is significant. Enhancing the capability of independent innovation and the technology absorptive of local enterprises will be the key to the future development of the Yangtze River Delta region. |
