随着知识经济时代人才竞争的加剧,对知识型员工的管理问题成为企业的重点。新生代知识型员工逐渐成为企业的中流砥柱,但由于企业对新生代知识型员工的认知并不深入,常导致管理失效,流失掉优秀人才。从社会认知的角度讲,在趋同区,企业要尊重新生代知识型员工的特征,在管理理念和制度上作适当调整;在差异区,企业要弄清差异所在,采取相应对策;在盲目区,企业要把好招聘关,做好新生代知识型员工的自我职业生涯规划工作,实现企业与员工的双赢。 |

Abstract: |
With the development of knowledge economy, the talent competition is more important to company. And the management of knowledge workers is becoming the focus of attention. Knowledge workers of new generation has become the backbone of business. However, owing to insufficient recognition of knowledge workers of new generation, the enterprise often suffers management failure and even the loss of talented people. From the perspective of social cognition, in the convergence zone, enterprises should respect the characteristics of knowledge workers of new generation and make the appropriate adjustments in concepts and systems of management. In the different areas, enterprises should cognize where the differences lies and take appropriate countermeasures; in blind spot, enterprises should be good at recruitment and do a good job in career planning to knowledge workers of new generation. In this way, enterprises and employees can achieve a win-win situation. |
