| Abstract: |
| The model of rural community construction is proposed to solve the problem of rural serious lagging development and to find a breakthrough point of transformation of the rural governance mode. As the government plays a leading role in community building, the communities should respect farmers adequately to build their own homes in the dominant position, and to promote positive interaction between "for the people" and "people for themselves", implementing good cohesion between the government administration and farmer autonomy. |
