| 金融危机以后,中国矿业企业海外投资的步伐明显加快,因而“走出去”的矿业企业根据自身情况选择正确的海外成长模式尤为重要。选取技术能力(Technical capability)、融资能力(Financing ability)和国际资源整合能力(Integration ability)建立TFI模型,划分出9种典型矿业企业,其在“走出去”过程中有7种成长模式,但市场并购方式应成为中国矿业企业获取海外矿产资源的主要方式。 |

| Research on the "Going Out" Growth Pattern of China 's Mining Enterprises in Post-Crisis Era |

| After the financial crisis, the pace of mining foreign investment in China has accelerated markedly, and thus, the mining enterprises "going out" to choose the right overseas growth pattern according to their own circumstances is particularly important. By selecting the technical capability, financing ability and integration ability of international resources, the author suggests establishing a TFI model which divides mining enterprises into nine typical types and then suggests seven species of growth model in the "going out" process. The author believes that the market mergers and acquisitions should be the main way for mining enterprises in China for overseas mineral resources. |
