| 《周易》蕴含着丰富的管理学思想。事实上,无论从《周易》文本的性质、从其所遵循的“天人合一”的运行规则还是从哲学文化的意蕴上来看,《周易》皆具有典型的管理学特征。《周易》的管理思想可从人、物及管理模式进行考量,其所涉及的目标管理、过程管理、模型管理等思想极具现代意义。同时,《周易》管理思想所特有的诸如宏阔的视野、人文的关怀、义利的统一、变易而开放的思维模式等品质于当下仍有重要的启迪意义。 |

| There are plenty of thoughts of administration in Zhou Yi. In fact, whenever from the aspect of the text or the rule that Zhou Yi followed, Zhou Yi contains the affluent thought of administration. We can research it from three aspects, that is the human, the objects and the procedure. Of course, we know that the thoughts of administration such as the object, the procedure, the model have a time value. At the same time, the wide view, the solicitude of humanities, the unite mode of thinking which Zhou Yi contained still has its worthiness for our time. |
