| 区域旅游联动开发是旅游资源同质、旅游竞争弱势地区发展旅游业的有效战略。区域旅游联动开发以核心—边缘理论、产业集聚理论、区域旅游共生理论作为理论基础,需要一定的实施条件。黄河三角洲两大主体城市滨州与东营空间邻近,交通便捷,自然条件相仿,旅游资源大同中亦存小异,联动开发条件得天独厚。黄河三角洲区域旅游联动开发可通过统一规划、整合开发,政府主导、企业参与,打造精品、联合营销,组建机构、推动合作等措施来实现。 |

| Research on the Combined Development of Regional Tourism in the Yellow River Delta:Taking Binzhou & Dongying for Example |

| Abstract: |
| Combined development is an effective strategy suitable for those areas that sharing similar tourism resources and lacking competitive superiority. The theoretical basis of combined development is based on the core-periphery theory, industry centralization theory, regional tourism symbiosis thought and listed the certain conditions of implementing combined development. The two main cities Binzhou & Dongying of the Yellow River Delta space nearby, transportation is convenient, similar to natural conditions, tourism resources are roughly the same in difference. The distinctive linkage development conditions of two cities are advantageous. Through the analysis of the possibility of combined development of these tourism destinations, the main combined development measures including unified planning and integrated development, government leading and enterprise participation, quality building and joint marketing, organization establishment and promoting cooperation. |
