| 随着网络的普及与发展,大学生网络成瘾已成为高校学生工作中一个棘手的问题。大学生网络成瘾有其自身的特点和规律,其原因有主观因素,也有客观因素。对大学生网瘾的防控要从苗头抓起,重在早期预防。要利用和发挥多方面力量,齐抓共管,多措并举,通过加强日常管理和监控、丰富校园文化生活、培养学生学习兴趣、借助家长的力量、建立朋辈帮扶体系、加大校园周边网吧的监管力度等,构筑起一道有效防止大学生网络成瘾的强大“防火墙”。 |

| Along with the popularization and development of internet, the internet addiction of college students has become a thorny problem in student management work. The internet addiction of college students has its own characteristics and rules, and the reasons contain both subjective and objective factors. The prevention and control of college students internet addiction should be done when it occurs, and put more attention on the preventive measures. The various measures need to be taken simultaneously, and all related departments should participate in the management. Through strengthening daily management and monitoring, enriching cultural life on campus, cultivating students study interests, getting help from parents, building supporting system of friends, and strengthening supervision on the internet bars around campus, a strong "firewall" to prevent students from internet addiction can be constructed. |
