| 建设创新型科技园区,是落实自主创新战略和建设创新型国家的重要实践。青岛高新区创新型科技园区对青岛市高新技术产业发展、经济结构调整、自主创新能力提升、经济发展方式转变具有重要的带动作用。青岛高新区创新型科技园区运行模式需要企业自主创新机制、人才引进培养机制、联合创新机制、科技成果转化机制、激励约束机制、政府协调机制等的相互协调,以促进青岛高新区创新型科技园区的健康发展。 |

| Abstract: |
| To build the Innovational Science and Technology Park is an important practice to implement the strategy of independent innovation and to build an innovative country. Innovational Science and Technology Park in Qingdao High-Tech Zone plays a significantly leading role in many fields such as the development of Qingdao high-tech industries, the readjustment of economic structure, promoting capability of independent innovation, and the transformation of the pattern of economic development, etc. Meanwhile, it demands multiple and coordinated mechanisms to accelerate the healthy development of Innovational Science and Technology Park in Qingdao High-Tech Zone for the operation mode of Innovational Science and Technology Park in Qingdao High-Tech Zone, including enterprises independent innovation mechanism, personnel introduction and training mechanism, joint innovation mechanism, scientific and technological achievements conversion mechanism, encouraging and restraining mechanism, government coordination mechanism and so on. |
