| Alekcader Wambilov, a well-known dramatist in the Soviet Union, was born in Irkutsk, who mainly engaged in writing drama. He inherited the tradition of Chekhov, and employed symbolism extensively in his writings and made his plays filled with poetic suggestiveness. The paper will explore the significance of his symbolism from the perspective of detail, characterization, territory and language to illustrate the poetic quality of Wambilov. |
