摘要:

著名教育家杨光华是中国石油大学办学历史上最有影响力、深受师生爱戴的校长之一。他在担任北京石油学院、华东石油学院、石油大学三个不同历史时期领导职务的26年间,主张要为中国石油工业的发展办好石油高校,重视教育教学质量和石油科技人才的培养,强调重点大学必须提高科研水平。他的办学理念和举措为中国石油高等教育的发展做出了重要贡献。

Analysis of School-Running Thoughts of Yang Guanghua

Abstract:

The famous educator Yang Guanghua is one of the most influential presidents of China University of Petroleum in history, respected and loved by teachers and students. He served as President in three different historical periods of Beijing Petroleum Institute, East China Petroleum Institute, University of Petroleum for 26 years, insisting on running petroleum universities well for the development of China 's oil industry, attaching great importance to the quality of education and teaching and cultivation of petroleum scientific talents, emphasizing that the key university must improve the level of scientific researches. His educational ideas and measures made important contributions to the development of Chinese petroleum higher education.
