海洋油气工程专业人才培养问题探索

摘要:
海洋油气工程是新增设的国家战略性新兴产业所需的本科专业,办好该专业既具有重大意义,也是石油高校面临的新课题。海洋油气工程本科专业人才的培养必须确定本专业学生应具有的人文、科学和工程三方面的综合素质,并在此基础上构建海洋油气工程人才培养方案。应加强该专业的教材、实验室建设,加强师资培养、人才引进,加大在资金和政策上的支持力度,以实现该专业的建设水平在国内高校中处于领先地位。

Exploration of Professional Talents Cultivation Issue for Offshore Oil and Gas Engineering

Abstract:
The newly established undergraduate major, offshore oil and gas engineering, is required by the national strategic emerging industries and running this major well is very significant, which is a new issue confronted by universities of petroleum. Regarding the professional talents cultivation of this new major, we must determine what comprehensive quality the professional talents should have in three aspects as culture, science and engineering, and on this basis the training scheme of this new major will be determined.We should reinforce the construction of coursebook and laboratory, enhance the cultivation of teacher staff and the introduction of talents, and also strengthen the supporting of financial and policy, to realize the goal that the construction level of this new major is in a leading position among domestic universities.
