| 研究高校高水平运动员综合素质社会评价与培养体系有利于高校根据社会需求对高校高水平运动员进行培养,也有利于培养专业基础知识扎实、体育运动技术高的合格人才。研究这一问题采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、特尔斐法和层次分析法、ISO9000质量管理体系及PDCA管理方法等。在此研究的基础上构建的高校高水平运动员综合素质社会评价与培养指标体系能够为教育管理部门提供可靠的信息,实现反馈、决策、执行、监控、评价的一体化。 |

| A study of social assessment and training system for comprehensive quality of high level athletes in colleges and universities is conducive for universities to cultivate high level athletes according to the needs of society and to cultivate qualified talents with solid professional knowledge and highly sports skill. To carry out this problem this article uses the literature material law, expert interview, questionnaire survey method, Delphi technique and AHP method, the ISO9000 quality management system and PDCA management method. Based on this, social assessment and training system for comprehensive quality of high level athletes in colleges and universities can provide reliable information for the education management department so as to realize the integration of feedback, decision-making, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. |
