| The construction of harmonious enterprise is an important part of building a socialist harmonious society, is also an objective requirement for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. There are some factors affecting the harmonious enterprise including labor relations, harmonious enterprise management mechanism, harmonious enterprise culture and external environment. The construction of a harmonious enterprise should depend on establishing harmonious labor relations, establishing internal fair mechanism, establishing harmonious enterprise management mechanism, building harmonious enterprise culture, full shape of the corporate image and strengthening environmental protection. |
