| 东营市提出到2016年力争达到省定全面小康指标。2012年,东营市全面建成小康社会的实现程度为90.66％。其中,经济总量、社会和谐、生活质量等方面发展迅速,但经济结构、文化教育、环境质量问题比较突出。为此,需加快发展第三产业,重视发展文化教育,保护改善生态环境,建立完善工作机制,以保证东营市顺利实现全面建成小康社会的预定目标。 |

| Abstract: |
| Dongying City put forward the plan to reach the well-off indexes defined by Shandong Province in 2016 and realize 90.66 per cent the well-off society by 2012. Of the above indexes, those of economic aggregate, social harmony and quality of life develop rapidly, but some problems concerned with the economic structure, culture and education, environment quality stand out. For these reasons, it is necessary to to speed up the development of the tertiary industry, attach great importance to the development of cultural education, protect and improve the ecological environment, establish and perfect the work mechanism so as to ensure that Dongying City realize the well-off society in an all-round way. |
