Abstract: |
Humanity views is a theoretical premise constructing management theories.There are four typical stages of humanity views from economic man, social man, complex man to cultural man in evolution of modern management theories in the West, respectively corresponding to Theory X ,Theory Y, Theory Super-Y and Theory Z. Humanity views in Western management theories grasp humanity structure and its characteristics mainly from the positive aspect and based on humanity needs its characteristics in order to explore effective mechanism of management through humanity incentive. |
