| 高水平特色大学加强本科生多元化培养是其办学水平和办学定位的体现,是贯彻“以学生为本”、“因材施教”办学理念的体现,也是推动其所服务行业和国家经济社会发展的必然选择。本科生多元化培养方案的主要内容应包括目标定位、总体思路、应遵循的基本原则和所需的必要条件。高水平特色大学本科生多元化培养可采取以下措施:依托学校优势学科,强化人才特色培养;构建宽口径、厚基础、强技能的课程体系;本科生多元化培养目标与专业培养方向相协调。 |

| The requirements of school running level and position are to strengthen the diversification of undergraduate training for high level characteristic university. Strengthening the diversification of undergraduate training is not only the implementation of the "student centered" philosophy, "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" to embody the school running idea, but also an inevitable choice to promote the service industry and the national economic and social development. The main contents of the training plan should include target localization, general idea, basic principles and necessary condition. High level characteristic university carries out specific measures which rely on the school advantage discipline, strengthening personnel training features, constructing the curriculum system of wide caliber, thick foundation, strong skills, the training target and the direction of professional development coordinated for diversification of undergraduate training. |
