| 中国一直致力于高等教育管理体制的改革探索,并取得了显著成果。但如何继续深化改革,仍然是中国高等教育管理体制改革面临的重要问题。美国高等教育管理体制在此方面可为中国提供借鉴。中国高等教育管理体制改革应以管理权责划分为核心,重新划分权力,寻求权力制衡;以法律化建设保证高等教育管理体制的有序高效运行;以高校自主办学为目标,坚持依法自主办学;构建对高校管理的广泛的社会参与机制。 |

| China has been committed to the reform of management system of higher education and made remarkable achievements. But how to deepen the reform is still an important problem for Chinese higher education management system reform. America higher education management system in this regard can provide reference for China. Chinese higher education management system reform
should partition power based on management responsibility to seek the balance of power; Legal construction can ensure the orderly and efficient operation of the management system of higher education; Chinese higher education management system reform should take au-tonomous universities to be the goal and adhere to taking its responsibility independently; Last, Chinese higher education management system reform should construct a broad social participation system for the management of university. |
