本着探索各类人力资源管理实践与组织绩效的作用机理,对国内外文献进行较为全面的梳理,发现其研究是多角度的。为了在研究中探索一个较为清晰的层次,基于现有研究结论归纳为三组关系:人力资源管理实践直接作用于组织绩效;人力资源管理实践与组织绩效负相关或关系不明显;人力资源管理实践与组织绩效通过中介变量相关。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the relationship between human resource management practices and organizational performance, it is found that the research status is not in the same conclusion. In order to explore a clear hierarchy in the complicated study, this paper falls into three main conclusions from the study perspective:human resource management practices have direct influence on organizational performance; there is no significant negative relationship between human resource management practices and organizational performance and an intermediary exists between the two variables. |
