| 康乾盛世是中国传统社会的最后辉煌。在国家收缩权力、保护民众利益时,两者形成合作博弈关系,市场繁荣、经济发展,康乾盛世兴起。当国家侵害社会各群体的利益时,两者出现非合作博弈,导致社会矛盾激化,文化趋向保守,经济发展停滞,康乾盛世走向衰败。皇权不受制约和民众权利缺失,是康乾盛世转衰的内在机理。 |

| Abstract: |
| Kangxi and Qianlong Dynasty was the final glory in traditional China, but there was crisis behind the glory. Based on the analysis, we have found that personal property and political right of people was in lack. The state power expanded and infringed the interest of servants, employees and literati which resulted in mass incidents, culture conservative and economy sluggish. Therefore, the glory lacks of a solid foundation. In a word, there was no transformation from subject society to civil society. |
