| 资源短缺和环境污染两大世界难题是国际社会共同关注的焦点。随着经济的发展,现行循环经济发展模式的缺陷越来越明显,已不能满足提高资源利用率、环境保护的需要,影响了经济、社会的可持续发展。将静脉产业、环保产业嵌入现行循环经济发展模式中,建构新型循环经济发展模式。新型循环经济发展模式突破了废弃物再资源化过程只在动脉企业内部进行的局限,实现了废弃物再资源化过程的企业内部循环和企业之间循环的统一,增加了废弃物再利用的广度与深度。 |

| Two of the world problems, environmental pollution and shortage of resources, have become the focus of attention of the international community. Along with the development of the economy, the defects of the mode of circular economy development is more and more obvious, which can 't satisfy the need of improving the utilization ratio of resources, environmental protection, and affects the sustainable development of economy and society. Venous industry and environmental protection industry are embedded in the mode of current circular economy system, constructing the new type system of circular economy development mode, which rejects the limitations that the waste recycling process is only in the internal of arterial industry, implements that the waste recycling process is an unity of the internal circulation and external cycle, deepening the breadth and depth of the waste recycle. |
