| 平等的理论在聚讼纷纭中内涵逐渐清晰,在与民主、自由和正义的讨论中得以进一步完善。但是,内在方面,因平等关注点不同、价值冲突、相对主义和绝对正义前提等而逻辑矛盾凸显;外在方面,因公民能力、政治制度和平等诉求等而陷入困境。然平等是否真不可能？如果从技术上分析,实践上再演绎,平等似乎又存在可能的路径。 |

| The connotation of equality theory has been gradually clear in the controversy and increasingly perfect in discussion with democracy, freedom and justice. In internal aspect, however, owing to the equality on the basis of different concerns, value conflict, the relative and absolute and justice premises, logical contradictions stand out; in external aspect, because of civil ability, political system and equal appeal, etc have got into trouble. However, whether equality really is impossible, if analyzed from the technical point, deduced from practice, there seem to be possible paths for solving contradictions about equality. |
