从应届生短期离职率看大学生的职业规划教育

摘要:
短期离职率是衡量大学生就业质量的重要指标。应届生的短期离职率居高不下有职业信息不对称、人才培养应试化、诚信教育缺失等多方面的原因,但归根结底在于学生职业规划意识的淡薄和高校职业规划教育的不完善。要解决这一问题,高校需要加强职业规划体系建设,实现人才培养与职业教育的市场化;学生应当发挥主体作用,学习并使用职业规划方法,理性择业,科学发展;用人单位需要充分利用自身市场化、社会化的资源,进行大学生的职业规划教育。

Abstract:
The short-term turnover rate is an important indicator to measure the quality of university students employment. High turnover rate of fresh graduated is caused by career information asymmetry, exam-oriented education and the lack of good faith education, but the root cause is the weak of students career planning consciousness and career planning education in university. To solve this problem, the universities need to strengthen the systematic construction of career planning education and make the talent cultivation and vocation education lining with the market. The students should play the subjective role in career planning to make rational career choice and realize scientific development. Employers should make full use of marketing and social resources and put into career planning education of students.
