| 在借鉴国内外EPC项目管理评价指标体系的基础上,结合国内石油工程EPC项目管理实践,构建绿色理念下中国石油工程EPC项目管理的评价指标体系。此评价指标体系从EPC项目制度与体系、EPC项目规划与组织、EPC项目前期工作、EPC项目实施、EPC项目收尾工作5个维度反映EPC项目的管理情况,以期为中国石油工程项目管理的评价提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| On the basis of domestic and overseas EPC project management evaluation system, this paper established EPC project management evaluation index system on domestic petroleum engineering under green concept by combining EPC project management practices of domestic petroleum engineering. This evaluation index system reflects the situation of EPC project management in five dimensions, which include management system, project planning and organization, the preliminary work, EPC project implementation and finishing touches, to provide a reference for evaluating EPC project management of large domestic petroleum projects. |
