| Marx 's concept of the masses holds that the masses are the main force of the development of the society and history. General Secretary Xi Jinping requests that all the Party members and cadres have Communists in heart,people in heart, responsibility in heart, precepts in mind. It is a logical necessity to practice Marx 's concept of the masses. The Party members and cadres practice the "Hearts of Four" seriously and always adhere to the Marxist view of the masses. Also, they should make close ties between the Party and the masses and make sure that they are on behalf of the people, benefit the people, power for the people and gain public trust earnestly. |
