辅导员专业化发展团队建设存在的问题与对策

摘要:
辅导员专业化发展团队在促进辅导员专业化、提升辅导员职业公信力和激励辅导员践行社会主义核心价值观等方面具有重要作用。根据期望理论其团队建设目标要围绕个人目标、个人努力、个人绩效、组织奖励四个因素来规划。目前,辅导员专业化发展团队的运行中存在着个人目标不明确、绩效奖励不系统、学校支持不到位等现实问题,因此,要从坚持正确的价值导向、建立共同的团队目标、明确个人的目标定位、健全团队的奖励机制入手,进一步加强和完善辅导员专业化发展团队的建设。

Abstract:
Based on the facts that counselors specialization team could promote counselors specialization, improve their career credibility and motivate them to practice core value, it is pretty necessary to form counselorsspecialization team. According to the Expectancy Theory, the team construction goal should center on individual goal, individual effort, individual performance and team rewards. Now in fact, counselors specialization team shows several problems including unclear individual goal, immethodical performance rewards and inadequate college support, therefore, it is a way to improve counselors specialization team construction by insisting on right value guidance, setting up common team goal, making clear individual location and perfecting team rewards system.
