| 近年来,随着网络信息技术的发展以及移动通信设施与软件的普及,微博、微信等新
媒体在舆论监督与引导中的作用日益凸显,网络涉腐舆情日益成为微时代廉政舆论生态的晴雨
表,因此,在微时代加强网络涉腐舆情引导很有必要。网民数量倍增、政务信息公开、移动终端
网络互动、官民廉政微舆论场融合,这些都为微时代网络涉腐舆情引导提供了新机遇。与此同
时,网络语言暴力、新媒体用户异质性、网络政治谣言、无序“ 人肉搜索冶等,又给新时期网络涉
腐舆情引导带来了挑战。在推进政治新常态发展过程中,必须遵循网络涉腐舆情引导规律,采
取有效措施,提高网络涉腐舆情引导的针对性、有效性与科学性。 |

| In recent years, with the development of internet information technology and popularity of mobile communication facilities
and software, such new-media tools as microblogs and public wechats have become more and more important in public opinion
supervising and conducting. The corruption-connected internet public opinion has become the barometer of anticorruption political
consensus ecosystem in the micro-era. It is urgent to strengthen conducting the corruption-connected internet public opinion.
Nowadays, there are some new chances of strengthening conducting the corruption-connected Internet public opinion, such as
proliferation of net citizens, openness of government affairs, internet interaction of net citizens in the mobile terminals, anastomosing of
public and civil anticorruption public opinion field. However, there are also some challenges such as internet language violence, heter-
ogenicity of new media users, internet political rumors, disordered Internet mass hunting, etc. In the course of promoting constructing
new political normal, it is essential to follow some objective laws to take effective measures to enhance pertinency, effectiveness and
scientificalness of corruption-connected internet public opinion conducting. |
