中国社区法律诊所实践教学模式运行的困境与出路

摘要:

社区法律诊所实践教学模式能够有效地实现高校与社会资源的有机结合。作为一种新型的法学实践教学模式,它可以有力地促使法学教育与法律职业无缝衔接。目前中国社区法律诊所实践教学模式还处于摸索阶段,存在诸多阻碍其顺畅运行的困难。设立办公场所、丰富资金渠道、充实师资力量、优化课程配置、拓宽案件来源是解决社区法律诊所运行困境的出路。

Abstract:

The practical teaching mode of community legal clinic can effectively achieve the combination of universities and social resources. As a new mode of practical teaching of law, it can effectively promote the seamless connection of legal education and the legal profession. At present, the practical teaching mode of community legal clinic is still in the exploratory stage in China, and there are many difficulties hindering its smooth operation. Establishing workplaces, enriching capital channels, replenishing faculty, optimizing the curriculum arrangement and broadening the sources of cases will be the solutions.
